Wireless control, one-button clamping, automatic centering, 3 times faster than electric chuck, minimizing the non-productive time; Pneumatic claws with large and constant clamping force, heavy tube is clamped tightly without slip, cutting accuracy guaranteed; Channel steel, angle steel and other profiles available.
Firm and steady, no vibration while high-speed working; Military industry-specific high manganese steel fireproof plate, in favor of bed protection, shock absorption and high temperature resistance; HSG’s unique heat accumulation and dissipation technology (bed divided into two parts by 40mm thick steel plate) can diminish heating area and speed up heat dissipation.
Divided into two zones, generally controlled by butterfly valve, hence, centralized suction and large-caliber ventilation ducts are good for smoke exhaust; Butterfly valve damper (patent No. ZL201921867470.2) brings good sealing, kills open-close noise and creates environmental-friendly effect.
