Digital Controlling Pneumatic Chucks with Wireless Numbers Feedback

The chucks of the machine are outfitted with a pressure feedback system to adjust the cutting pressure based on the tube’s size and thickness. They are also supported by auto recognition of different tubes and real-time warnings with no or less manual intervention.

Labor-saving Configurations

Standard Tube Automatic Loading Device (Optional): The tube to be cut is conveyed to the check-waiting area for length measuring and cut sequencing. A support frame is used for supporting tubes to ensure cutting stability and precision.

Unloading Device (Default): The unloading height is manually adjusted when unloading different types of tubes. Additionally, a follow-up unloading device is also optional.
