Built for Machine Integration
AL-F OEM is a modular fiber laser platform designed to become part of an automated welding system. It can be integrated into new or existing machine concepts, robotic cells and multi-axis positioning systems, giving OEMs flexibility in how the laser source, motion system and welding head are configured.
Scale Power as Requirements Grow
The system is available in 300 W, 450 W, 600 W and 900 W versions. The 300 W model can be upgraded to 600 W, while the 450 W version can be upgraded to 900 W, allowing the system to accommodate increasing production requirements without replacing the complete laser platform.
Process Monitoring at the Welding Head
The AL-F OEM can be paired with the AL-AKO K camera laser head for visual monitoring of the welding process or the AL-AKO M microscope laser head for manual precision welding. Both options are designed to support controlled shielding gas delivery and clear observation of the weld pool.
Control Motion and Laser Together
When integrated with robots, positioning systems or custom multi-axis machinery, the laser control can coordinate motors and axes with laser parameters. This allows the welding process and component movement to work as part of a single automated sequence.
Integrated Safety Concept
The AL-F OEM incorporates a safety concept verified by TÜV to Performance Level d, providing a defined safety foundation for integration into industrial laser systems.
