Product description

One Platform, Multiple Laser Processes

AL-ROCK Modular is designed as a configurable robotic laser cell for applications that require more than a single laser process. Depending on the production requirement, the system can be configured for deep welding, wire deposition welding, wobble welding, laser hardening, powder deposition welding, 3D printing and pulse welding. This multi-process approach allows different applications to be handled within one system architecture rather than requiring a separate dedicated machine for every process.

Configured Around the Component

There is no fixed machine configuration for AL-ROCK Modular. The laser source, robot, positioning system, linear axes, optics and safety cabin can be selected according to the component geometry, workspace, process requirements and production layout. Industrial robots with suitable reach and payload can be combined with floor- or ceiling-mounted positioning systems and linear axes to provide access to large, heavy or complex components.

High-Power Laser Processing

The system supports diode, fiber and disk laser sources from approximately 2 kW to 20 kW, with higher power available on request. This allows the laser configuration to be matched to demanding welding, hardening, cladding and deposition applications.

Controlled & Repeatable Processes

Integrated process control can coordinate temperature and tool-path parameters to support consistent hardening depth and weld geometry. Suitable optics can also be selected to adjust track width and spot size according to the application.

Production-Ready Safety Cell

AL-ROCK Modular can be supplied with a customized safety cabin, integrated extraction and shielding, and coordinated control architecture. The resulting cell is designed around the specific production environment rather than forcing the application into a fixed machine format.
