Product description

Configure the Laser Around the Application

The AL Series gives manufacturers a flexible starting point for building a laser welding setup around their specific process requirements. Nd models range from 100 W to 300 W, while fiber laser models range from 300 W to 900 W. Users can select the appropriate laser source, optics and accessories for applications ranging from precision welding and repair to more demanding production work.

Designed for Easy Integration

The laser sources can be integrated into existing machinery or paired with dedicated ALPHA LASER workbenches. This makes it possible to develop a customized workstation without replacing an existing production setup.

Stable Pulse-to-Pulse Performance

Consistent pulse behavior and controlled energy delivery help maintain repeatable welding results, particularly when working with delicate, complex or precision components.

Optics for Different Welding Requirements

The AL Series supports a range of focusing objectives and optical configurations, including 90° deflection and circular welding lenses. Microscopes, cameras and other handling accessories can also be added to improve visibility, positioning and process control.

Built for Welding & Repair

With multiple power levels and laser technologies available, the AL Series can be configured for different welding and repair requirements across industrial applications.
