Product description
The ALW combines an enclosed laser workstation with motorized X, Y, Z and R axes, integrated NC software and ergonomic seated operation. Nd models provide pulsed welding with high peak pulse power, while fiber models support pulsed and continuous-wave operation. A 12.1" touchscreen, precision joystick and multifunction footswitch provide direct control over welding parameters and programmed jobs.
Features
Closed Class 1 Workstation
An enclosed welding area integrates the laser, table, extraction and safety systems into one production workstation.
Nd & Fiber Options
Choose from 200 W and 300 W Nd models or 300 W and 450 W fiber laser configurations.
Four-Axis Motion Control
Motorized X, Y, Z and R axes enable precise workpiece positioning through the joystick or programmed operation.
NC Programming
Integrated NC software supports programmed welding, teaching and repeatable series production.
Ergonomic Seated Design
Generous legroom, an adjustable foot plate and variable-angle observation optics support comfortable operation during extended welding tasks.
Precision Observation
Leica observation optics provide a clear view of the welding area, with adjustable viewing angles for operator comfort.
Heavy Workpiece Capacity
The workstation supports workpieces weighing up to 400 kg with a central load.
Manual to Automatic Operation
Operators can work manually, use semi-automatic functions or run programmed welding cycles for recurring components.

Maintenance & care
Keep the working chamber, observation optics and focusing components clean and free from welding residue. Inspect the extraction system, motion axes, protective gas connections and control components regularly. Follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance and servicing procedures.
May we help?
- What is the ALW designed for?
- The ALW is suited to precision repair and series production, including applications involving aluminum, precious metals, titanium and sensitive alloys.
- What is the difference between the Nd and fiber models?
- The Nd models operate in pulsed mode and provide high peak pulse power for fine welding. The fiber models support both pulsed and continuous-wave operation, offering greater process flexibility and deeper penetration.
- How does NC programming help with series production?
- The integrated NC system allows operators to teach and program welding movements and parameters, making recurring welding jobs easier to reproduce consistently.
