Product description
The Spirit Laser Pro is suited for engraving plastics, wood, acrylic and compatible non- metal materials, along with signage and display components, product personalization, awards, decorative engraving, and industrial non-metal marking. To operate, power on the machine and confirm exhaust operation, place and secure the workpiece, load the engraving file, and set the required speed, power, resolution, and focus. Run a test engraving to inspect depth and detail, then execute the production job while monitoring the work area. Remove the finished piece, clean debris, and shut down the laser and exhaust system according to the operating procedure.

Provides a 640 × 460 mm work area, extendable to 740 × 460 mm for larger engraving requirements.
762 × 482.6 × 165 mm Maximum Part Size:
Accommodates parts up to 762 × 482.6 × 165 mm with all doors closed. With all doors open, the maximum part size is 762 × ∞ × 165 mm.
12 to 100W 10.6-μm Sealed CO₂ Laser:
Supports 12 to 100W 10.6-μm sealed CO₂ laser source options, along with 20W and 60W 9.3-μm sealed CO₂ options.
Closed-Loop DC Servo Control:
Uses closed-loop DC servo control for machine drive and motion control.
Adjustable Speed and Power:
Speed can be controlled from 0.1–100% of 60 ips with 16 color-linked settings, while power can be adjusted from 1–100%.
Multiple Resolution Options:
Supports resolutions of 125, 250, 300, 380, 500, 600, 760, 1000, and 1500 DPI.
Air-Cooled Configuration:
Uses air cooling and is specified for an operating environment of 15°–30°C (60°–86°F).
Ethernet and USB Interfaces:
Provides 10 Base-T Ethernet, USB Type-A 2.0 for storage, and USB Type-B 2.0 for PC connection.
External Fume Extraction:
Requires an external exhaust system with a minimum flow rate of 640 m³/h (377 ft³/min).

Maintenance & care
Clean the focusing optics, mirrors, lens, and worktable regularly to maintain optical cleanliness and a clear working area. Check air-cooling conditions and ensure the operating environment remains within the specified range. Inspect the external exhaust and fume-extraction system for proper airflow. Check drive and servo movement, belts, and guides, remove debris from the work area, and follow the manufacturer’s service schedule for the optics, motion system, and exhaust components.
