HAN'S MPS X2
Laser Tube Cutting Machine — 3kw / 6kw laser power, □245x245mm (240mm) chuck diameter, 2 chuck quantity.

- 3kw / 6kw Laser Power
- □245x245mm (240mm) Chuck Diameter
- 2 Chuck Quantity
- ≤7200mm Loading Length
Product description
The MPS-X2 is suited for tube and pipe fabrication, structural profiles and frames, automotive and auto-component tubular parts, furniture and equipment frames and construction and industrial fabrication. Power up the laser, CNC, cooling and gas systems, load and align the tube or profile in the chuck/support system, select the cutting program and parameters, check the nozzle, focus and gas supply, then run and monitor the cutting cycle. Unload parts and offcuts before shutdown and cleaning.
- Model-specific tube/profile capacity is reflected in MPS-X2 data
- CNC programming supports repeatable tube features and cut patterns
- Dual-chuck handling supports controlled tube positioning
- Optional semi-automatic feeding can reduce manual handling
- Zero-tailing option can help minimize material waste

Maintenance & care
Inspect the chucks, clamps, supports and material-contact surfaces regularly. Clean the laser head optics, nozzle and protective window and check assist-gas lines, cooling systems and electrical connections. Inspect chuck alignment, supports, sensors and drive components. Remove cut-off pieces and follow the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance schedule.
