Product description
The KW-510B is suited for automatic gasket sealing of electrical enclosures, control cabinets, industrial panels, HVAC and refrigeration enclosures, appliance and equipment housings, and formed sheet-metal components. Before operation, power on the machine and verify the electrical, pneumatic, and material systems. Prepare the A and B material tanks according to the material supplier’s procedure, purge the mixing and dispensing head, and load the workpiece. Set the gasket path, mixing ratio, dispensing parameters, and motion speed. Run a test bead to verify width and continuity, then execute the automatic dispensing cycle while monitoring material flow. Clean the dispensing system and work area using the specified procedure after operation.
