Product description
The PB-70T/2500 is suited for electrical panels and enclosures, automotive and auto- component sheet-metal parts, HVAC components and ducts, industrial cabinets, frames and brackets, and general fabrication and precision sheet-metal components. For operation, power on the machine and controller and complete the required hydraulic and servo checks, select or create the bending program, install and align the required punch and die, enter the material, thickness, bend angle and positioning parameters, and position the sheet using the backgauge. Perform the first bend and check the angle and dimensions before continuing the programmed bending sequence while monitoring the workpiece. Unload the finished part, clean the tooling and work area, and complete the normal shutdown procedure.
