Product description
The RODOMACH Pillow Plate Machine automates the laser welding of stainless steel sheets for embossed pillow plate production. Servo-controlled clamping, automatic focus adjustment and X-Y-Z linear motors support precise welding, while PillowPlateCreator™ CAD/CAM simplifies program creation.
The system is suited to food and beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, heating and cooling, and energy applications, including heat exchangers, vessel linings and cooling systems.

Maintenance & care
Keep the welding area, gas protection head and optical components clean to maintain consistent welding performance. Check the Argon supply and automated cleaning system regularly, and monitor the clamping beams and linear motion system for smooth operation. Cooling units should also be maintained according to the recommended service schedule. Tele-service support can assist with remote diagnostics when required.
