Product description
The I CLEAN is suited for rust and oxide removal from metal surfaces, paint and coating removal where process parameters and material permit, surface preparation before welding or coating, cleaning of fabricated metal components and maintenance cleaning of industrial parts. Operation involves inspecting the laser head, cooling and safety/extraction systems, preparing and securing the workpiece, selecting a suitable cleaning program and process parameters, setting the working distance and focus and performing a small test area. The cleaning pass should be monitored while checking the surface condition and adjusting parameters if required. The cleaned area should then be inspected, removed residue collected safely, and the work area cleaned before shutdown according to the machine procedure.

100W/200W Laser Power
The I CLEAN is available with 100W or 200W laser power configurations for controlled laser cleaning applications.
1065 ± 5 nm Central Wavelength
The laser source operates at an output central wavelength of 1065 ± 5 nm.
Non-Contact Laser Cleaning
The I CLEAN uses a non-contact laser surface-treatment process for cleaning without direct tool-to-workpiece contact.
Adjustable Power Output
The laser power adjustment range is 10–100%, allowing process parameters to be selected according to the target material and contamination.
20–400 kHz / 20–2000 kHz Pulse Repetition
The pulse repetition range is 20–400 kHz or 20–2000 kHz depending on the laser configuration.
Multiple Pulse Length Options
The I CLEAN supports optional pulse lengths of 10, 20, 30, 60, 100, 200, 250 and 350 ns.

Maintenance & care
Inspect the cleaning head and protective optical components regularly. Keep the optics and protective window free from contamination. Check the cooling system and electrical connections where fitted, and inspect the fiber/laser cable and connectors. Remove dust and cleaned material from the work area and check extraction and ventilation requirements for the material being removed. Follow the manufacturer's service schedule for the laser source and optics.
