Product description
The Photon-X RightMark Machine is an air-cooled fiber laser marking machine with a 1064 nm fiber laser source, available in 20W, 30W and 50W laser power options. It delivers high-speed marking at up to 10,000 mm/s, with adjustable power from 0–100%, a minimum line width of 0.03 mm and marking depths of 0.01–0.3 mm, depending on the material. The standard 110 × 110 mm marking area can be expanded to 200 × 200 mm or 300 × 300 mm, and the system supports PLT, DXF, BMP, SHX and TTF formats.
The 20W option suits detailed, permanent marking on industrial components; the 30W option offers a 30–60 kHz repetition frequency range for precise, repeatable industrial marking; and the high-power 50W option offers a 50–100 kHz range for fast, durable marking. All three maintain <3% output power stability for consistent marking performance.
Features
Fiber Laser Source in 20W, 30W and 50W
A 1064 nm fiber laser source is available in 20W, 30W and 50W laser power options, providing stable, high-speed marking for a wide range of industrial marking applications.
High-Speed Marking
Maximum linear marking speeds of up to 10,000 mm/s on every power option support efficient marking across production workflows and repetitive marking tasks.
Fine, Precise Marking
A minimum line width of 0.03 mm and minimum character height of 0.5 mm support clear marking of fine text, graphics, codes and identification marks.
Adjustable Laser Power
Laser power can be adjusted from 0–100%, allowing marking intensity to be matched to the material and application.
Flexible Marking Fields
The standard 110 × 110 mm marking field can be configured with optional 200 × 200 mm or 300 × 300 mm fields.
Broad File Format Support
The system supports PLT, DXF and BMP files, along with SHX and TTF fonts for direct character storage and convenient integration of graphics, text and marking data.
Stable Laser Output
Output power stability of <3% helps maintain consistent marking performance across production cycles.
Air-Cooled Operation
The air-cooled design reduces the need for dedicated cooling infrastructure while supporting efficient machine operation.

Maintenance & care
Keep the marking area, optical components and ventilation paths clean and free from dust or debris to support consistent performance and marking quality. The air-cooled configuration removes the need for a separate water-cooling system and simplifies routine cooling requirements. Keep the machine in a clean, dry operating environment and follow the recommended inspection and service procedures for the laser source and marking head. The same care routine applies to the 20W, 30W and 50W laser power options.
May we help?
- What laser power options are available for the RightMark Machine?
- The RightMark Machine is available with 20W, 30W and 50W fiber laser sources. All three options use a 1064 nm wavelength and share the same 10,000 mm/s maximum marking speed and 110 × 110 mm standard marking area; they differ in output power, repetition frequency and single pulse energy.
- What is the maximum marking speed of the RightMark Machine?
- The RightMark Machine can achieve a maximum linear marking speed of 10,000 mm/s on the 20W, 30W and 50W options, depending on the material and marking application.
- What marking area does the RightMark Machine support?
- The standard marking area is 110 × 110 mm. Optional marking fields of 200 × 200 mm and 300 × 300 mm are also available.
- What file formats does the RightMark Machine support?
- The system supports PLT, DXF and BMP files, along with direct use of SHX and TTF character fonts.
- What repetition frequency does each laser power option support?
- The 20W option supports 20–60 kHz, the 30W option 30–60 kHz and the 50W option 50–100 kHz. The specified single pulse energy is 1.0 mJ at 20 kHz, 30 kHz and 50 kHz respectively.
