Product description
RightWeld is specified for welding applications involving stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum, including sheet-metal enclosures, frames, kitchen and furniture components, and general engineering assemblies. Before operation, inspect the welding head, optics, water-cooling system, and gas connections. Prepare and fixture the workpieces, then select the appropriate laser power, pulse frequency, and wobble settings. Check the welding gap and nozzle position before starting the process. Perform a test weld, then proceed with welding while monitoring the weld pool and machine operation. After welding, inspect the finished joint, clean the workpiece and welding area, and stop the system according to the operating procedure.

Maintenance & care
Inspect the welding head, nozzle, protective glass, and optics regularly. Check the water- cooling system and inbuilt water tank. Verify shielding or assist gas connections and inspect the optical fiber, torch cable, and electrical connections. Clean welding spatter from the nozzle and work area. Where applicable, inspect the wire feeder and welding consumables. Follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule for periodic servicing.
