Product description
The Photon-X Spot Weld series is a 5 in 1 laser welding machine range available in 1500 W, 2000 W and 3000 W configurations. Equipped with a Maxphotonics or Raycus laser source, the system operates at a wavelength of 1064–1080 nm and supports welding speeds from 1 mm/s to 20 mm/s. Double pendulum technology provides multiple swing patterns for welding applications, with a wobbling range of 0–5 mm for welding. The system also provides wobbling ranges of 0–10 mm for weld seam cleaning and 0–80 mm for remote cleaning. A 10 m fiber with a 50 μm fiber core and water cooling support the laser welding system.
Double pendulum technology provides multiple swing patterns, while separate wobbling ranges support welding, weld seam cleaning and remote cleaning applications. The system uses water cooling and is equipped with a 10 m fiber with a 50 μm fiber core. Cover glass options and 40/60 mm collimation lengths are available as specified.

Multiple Laser Power Options
Spot Weld is available in three laser power configurations: SpotWeld-1500 with 1500 W, SpotWeld-2000 with 2000 W and SpotWeld-3000 with 3000 W. This allows the system to be selected according to the required laser power.
Double Pendulum Technology
The welding system uses double pendulum technology with multiple swing patterns, including •, ⁃, ◦, ▰, ∞ and ▲ patterns. These selectable patterns provide different movement configurations during welding.
Adjustable Welding Speed
Spot Weld supports welding speeds from 1 mm/s to 20 mm/s, allowing the welding speed to be configured according to the application requirements.
Welding Wobbling Range
The wobbling range for welding is 0–5 mm. This provides an adjustable movement range for the welding process.
Weld Seam Cleaning
The system provides a 0–10 mm wobbling range for weld seam cleaning, allowing the laser movement to be configured for this application.
Remote Cleaning
Spot Weld supports a remote cleaning wobbling range of 0–80 mm. This provides a wider movement range for remote cleaning applications.
Laser Source Options
The Spot Weld series is available with Maxphotonics or Raycus laser sources. All three configurations operate at a laser wavelength of 1064–1080 nm.
Fiber & Cooling System
The system is equipped with a 10 m fiber with a 50 μm fiber core and uses water cooling. Cover glass options are specified as 25 mm × 2 mm and 18 mm × 2 mm, with 40 mm or 60 mm collimation lengths.
