Product description
The A1MD30i is specified for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum assemblies, including sheet-metal enclosures, frames, kitchen and furniture components, and general engineering assemblies. Before operation, inspect the welding head, cooling system, and gas connections. Prepare and fixture the workpieces, then select the appropriate welding parameters. Set the required laser power and wobble range, check the nozzle position, and perform a test weld before processing. During welding, monitor the weld pool and machine status. After welding, inspect the finished joint, clean the workpiece and welding area, and stop the system according to the operating procedure.
