Product description
The GH-3262DS Tandem is a two-machine CNC press brake setup from GHBM's DS Series. It pairs a left and a right GH-3262DS press brake side by side. Each machine has a working force of 320 tons and a maximum bending length of 6200 mm. Each machine runs on a 4+1 axis configuration (Y1, Y2, X, R plus V), with its own DELEM DA-58Tx CNC controller and 18.5-inch DELEM display.
Each machine has a 500 mm daylight opening, a 300 mm ram stroke and a 450 mm throat depth. Its hydraulic system is driven by two 11 kW main servo motors, with an oil volume of 80 L × 2. The backgauge has extended travel: a 1000 mm X-axis stroke and a 250 mm R-axis stroke. Its configuration includes Techmation servo motors and drives, a DPT hydraulic system, an OPKON closed-loop position sensor, SKF/NOK cylinder seals and a GHBM single-side quick-release clamp.

Maintenance & care
General recommendations for servo-hydraulic CNC press brakes. Follow the manufacturer's manual for model-specific requirements.
- Daily cleaning: Remove metal debris and dust from the full length of both worktables, tooling, clamps and backgauges.
- Hydraulic oil checks: Check the oil level and condition in all four 80 L oil volumes (two per machine) regularly. Replace oil and filters at the manufacturer's recommended intervals.
- Leak and seal inspection: Inspect the cylinders, pumps, hoses and fittings on both machines for leaks, and replace worn seals promptly.
- Motor checks: Watch all main servo motors for abnormal noise, heat or vibration.
- Tooling inspection: Check punches, dies and quick-release clamps along both beds for wear, damage, alignment or incorrect seating. Keep the tooling height matched across both machines if they are used together.
- Tandem alignment: If the machines run in tandem, periodically verify ram synchronisation, bed alignment and bend angle consistency across the joint between them.
- Compensation checks: Verify bend angle consistency along each machine's full length, and recalibrate worktable compensation if needed.
- Lubrication: Lubricate backgauge guides, screws and other moving parts as specified by the manufacturer.
- Axis and backgauge checks: Watch for abnormal noise, vibration, positioning drift or unexpected movement across the full 1000 mm X-axis travel.
- Electrical inspection: Check cables, connectors, switches and both control panels. Only qualified personnel should do electrical work.
- Safety checks: Before production, verify that both foot switches, all emergency stops and all safety devices work correctly.
- Periodic servicing: Schedule manufacturer-recommended inspections and keep a log of maintenance and faults for each machine.
