Product description
Built around a 355 nm UV laser source, the iMark UV uses cold marking technology to create fine, high-contrast marks with minimal thermal impact. With laser source options from Inngu, JPT and IPG, high-speed digital galvanometric scanning and precision F-Theta optics, the system is designed for detailed marking on glass, ceramics, sensitive plastics and other high-precision components. EzCad2 control, broad design-file compatibility and configurable marking fields support integration into demanding production workflows.
Features
Precision Field Optics
Air-spaced F-Theta lens with low-loss AR coatings provides low distortion and consistent marking. Optional telecentric lens enables smaller spot sizes, uniform focus and sharper edge definition.
Stable UV Laser Source
Inngu, JPT and IPG source options deliver stable output, high single-pulse energy and consistent beam quality, with 3 W, 5 W and 7 W configurations.
Cold UV Marking
The 355 nm UV wavelength enables cold marking with minimal heat transfer, reducing the risk of burning, deformation and thermal damage on sensitive materials.
High-Speed Galvanometric Scanning
Digital galvanometer scanning supports speeds up to 10,000 mm/s with precise positioning, zero drift, anti-interference performance and repeatable marking quality.
Industrial-Grade Control
Beijing JCZ control with EzCad2 supports graphics, serial numbers, barcodes and codes, with file imports from AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop and other software.
Flexible Marking
Available with 100 × 100 mm, 150 × 150 mm and optional 200 × 200 mm marking areas, with minimum character heights of 0.15 mm for fine-detail applications.

Maintenance & care
Keep the laser head, optical components and marking area clean and free from dust or contaminants. Inspect the F-Theta or telecentric lens regularly and follow the recommended cleaning procedures for optical surfaces. For water-cooled configurations, maintain the cooling system according to the manufacturer's recommended service schedule. Check electrical connections and scanning components as part of routine maintenance.
May we help?
- What makes UV laser marking suitable for heat-sensitive materials?
- The iMark UV uses a 355 nm wavelength for cold marking, which minimizes thermal impact on the workpiece. This makes it suitable for materials such as glass, ceramics and sensitive plastics where heat can cause burning or deformation.
- What materials can the iMark UV mark?
- The system is optimized for glass, ceramics, sensitive plastics, medical plastics and other high-precision components. The appropriate laser parameters depend on the specific material and application.
- What marking speeds and field sizes are available?
- The iMark UV supports marking speeds of up to 10,000 mm/s. Marking areas of 100 × 100 mm and 150 × 150 mm are available, with 200 × 200 mm offered as an optional configuration.
