Product description
RightWeld Pro-1500 is specified for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum assemblies, including sheet-metal enclosures, frames, kitchen and furniture components, and general engineering assemblies. Before operation, inspect the welding head, optics, wire feeder, and relevant connections. Prepare and fixture the workpieces, then set the laser power and welding speed according to the selected process. Set the required wobble parameters and check the nozzle position before performing a test weld. Proceed with welding while monitoring the weld pool and machine status. After completing the weld, inspect the joint, clean the workpiece and welding area, and stop the system according to the operating procedure.
