Product description
RightWeld Pro-3000 is specified for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum assemblies, including sheet-metal enclosures, frames, kitchen and furniture components, and general engineering assemblies. Before operation, inspect the welding head, optics, wire feeder, and relevant connections. Prepare and fixture the workpieces, then select the required laser power and welding speed. Set the wobble parameters and wire-feeding configuration where applicable, check the nozzle position, and perform a test weld. Proceed with welding while monitoring the weld pool and machine status. After welding, inspect the finished joint, clean the workpiece and welding area, and stop the system according to the operating procedure.
