Product description
The Alpha Laser AL-IN 300 is an entry-level Nd:YAG laser welding system designed for precise welding across a range of industrial applications. It provides 120–300 W average power, up to 90 J pulse energy and 9 kW peak pulse power. Pulsed operation, 0.5–20 ms pulse duration and adjustable frequency support flexible process control. The system also offers selectable focusing objectives and adjustable pulse shaping, with micro-welding capability for applications requiring smaller welding spots.
Features
Nd:YAG Laser Technology
The AL-IN 300 uses a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser source with average power from 120–300 W.
9 kW Peak Pulse Power
Peak pulse power of up to 9 kW provides concentrated energy delivery for precision welding.
90 J Pulse Energy
The system provides up to 90 J pulse energy for controlled welding operations.
Adjustable Pulse Duration
Pulse duration can be adjusted from 0.5–20 ms to provide flexibility across different welding requirements.
Flexible Pulse Frequency
The AL-IN 300 supports pulse frequencies from 0–50 Hz and up to 100 Hz, depending on configuration.
Micro-Welding Function
The system supports welding spots down to 0.05 mm when the micro-welding function is used for fine welding applications.
Selectable Focusing Objective
Operators can select a straight objective or turn/tilt objective according to the application and access requirements.
Adjustable Pulse Shaping
The power curve within a laser pulse can be adjusted to provide greater control over the welding process.
