Product description

The ALV 150 F (WINLaserNC) is a compact, enclosed fibre laser welding workstation designed for precision welding of metal components. Equipped with a 150 W fibre laser source operating at a wavelength of 1070 nm, it delivers up to 1.5 kW peak pulse power and 15 J pulse energy. Its ability to operate in both pulsed and continuous-wave (CW) modes makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial welding applications.

Integrated with the WINLaserNC control system, the machine supports programmable welding sequences, advanced pulse shaping and controlled workpiece movement. Its enclosed working chamber, microscope-assisted positioning and integrated fume extraction provide a reliable and operator-friendly solution for precision welding operations.

The ALV 150 F (WINLaserNC) combines fibre laser technology with an intelligent CNC-controlled workstation to deliver accurate, repeatable and consistent welding results. Its 150 W average and CW output power, 1.5 kW peak pulse power and 15 J pulse energy allow it to handle applications requiring controlled heat input and precise weld placement.

The WINLaserNC system provides advanced control over welding parameters and workpiece movement. With nine programmable pulse-shaping options, operators can adjust the power progression within each laser pulse to suit different materials, component thicknesses and joint requirements.

The motorised X, Y and Z axes support manual, semi-automatic and automatic movement modes. Combined with a Leica microscope attachment, touchscreen operation and integrated extraction, the ALV 150 F (WINLaserNC) is designed to support efficient and precise industrial welding processes.
