Product description

Application & Operating Information

The RightMark CO₂ on Fly Series is suitable for online marking on paper, film, plastic, PVC, wood, leather, coated metal and other non-metallic materials. Applications include dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, 2D codes, logos and variable data.

For operation, set the marking parameters, connect the production line, load the required content, and run the system for automatic continuous marking.

Features

High-Speed Continuous Marking

The RightMark CO₂ on Fly Series is designed for high-speed, continuous marking on moving production lines, helping improve productivity and throughput.

CO₂ Laser Marking Technology

The series uses CO₂ laser technology and is suitable for marking a wide range of non-metallic materials and packaging surfaces.

High-Speed Coding Performance

The system supports high-speed production-line marking, including up to 100 3 mm-high 2D codes per minute and 100 production-date digital codes per minute, depending on marking content and production conditions.

Flexible Coding Functions

Supports automatic coding, serial numbers, batch numbers, dates, barcodes, 2D codes, automatic number skipping and other variable marking requirements.

High-Speed Engraving

With engraving speeds of up to 10,000 mm/s, the machine is designed for continuous industrial production environments.

Flying Coding System

The system enables marking directly on products while they are moving along the production line, supporting online coding applications.
