Product description
The RightMark Fiber on Fly Series is suitable for online marking on metal products, PVC, HDPE, aluminium film, rubber, plastics and other compatible materials. Applications include production dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, 2D codes, logos and variable data.
For operation, set the marking parameters, connect the production line, load the required content, and run the system for automatic continuous marking.
Features
High-Speed Continuous Marking
The RightMark Fiber on Fly Series is designed for high-speed, continuous marking on moving production lines, improving productivity and production throughput.
Fiber Laser Marking Technology
Equipped with a 1064nm fiber laser, the system provides stable and reliable marking performance for a wide range of industrial applications.
High-Speed Coding Performance
Supports high-speed production-line marking, including up to 100 3 mm-high 2D codes per minute and 100 production-date digital codes per minute, depending on marking content and production conditions.
Flexible Coding Functions
Supports automatic coding, serial numbers, batch numbers, dates, barcodes, 2D codes, automatic number skipping and other variable data marking.
High-Speed Engraving
With engraving speeds of up to 10,000 mm/s, the system is suitable for continuous industrial production.
Flying Coding System
Enables automatic marking directly on products while they are moving along the production line.
Wide Material Compatibility
Suitable for metal products and selected treated non-metal materials, including PVC, HDPE, aluminium film, rubber and plastics.

Maintenance & care
Maintenance & Care
Regularly inspect and clean the laser optical components and marking area. Keep optical surfaces free from dust and contamination. Check the built-in air-cooling system, electrical connections, cables, sensors and production-line interface regularly. Ensure operation within the specified temperature and humidity range and follow the manufacturer's preventive maintenance schedule.
