Product description
The GH-2242NT is suited for electrical panels and enclosures, automotive and auto- component sheet-metal parts, HVAC components and ducts, industrial cabinets, frames and brackets, and general fabrication and precision sheet-metal components. Operation involves powering on the machine and controller, completing hydraulic/servo checks, selecting or creating the bending program, installing and aligning the required punch and die, entering material, thickness, bend angle and positioning parameters, and positioning the sheet using the backgauge. The first bend should be checked for angle and dimensions before continuing the programmed bending sequence. Finished parts should be unloaded safely, followed by tooling and work-area cleaning and safe machine shutdown.
