Product description
ROBO-Weld combines the FANUC M-10iD/12 robotic platform with laser welding to deliver controlled, repeatable movement across automated welding applications. Its slim 340 × 340 mm footprint helps it fit into production layouts where floor space matters, while internal cable routing keeps cables protected during continuous robot movement.
With a maximum reach of 1441 mm, 12 kg wrist payload and rapid speeds of up to 2000 mm/s, the system is designed for fast handling and accurate positioning. The floor-mounted configuration also makes it straightforward to integrate into dedicated welding cells or existing production lines.
Features
Compact Robotic Design
The slim robot structure and 340 × 340 mm footprint make ROBO-Weld suitable for production environments where available floor space is limited.
6-Axis Movement
Six controlled axes provide the movement flexibility required to access different welding positions and component geometries.
Internal Cable Routing
Cables are routed internally through the robot structure, helping reduce external cable exposure and wear during repeated movement.
High-Speed Operation
With rapid speeds of up to 2000 mm/s, the robot can move quickly between programmed positions to support efficient production cycles.
Precise & Repeatable Movement
The system offers ±0.02 mm repeatability, supporting consistent positioning across repeated welding operations.
Flexible Installation
The floor-mounted robot can be incorporated into different production cell layouts according to available space and workflow requirements.
12 kg Payload
A maximum wrist payload of 12 kg provides capacity for the welding equipment and associated tooling within the specified operating conditions.

Maintenance & care
Regular inspection of the robot, cabling, welding equipment and associated connections helps maintain consistent operation. Keeping the work area clean and following the recommended service procedures can also support long-term reliability.
May we help?
- What makes ROBO-Weld suitable for space-constrained production areas?
- Its slim robotic structure and 340 × 340 mm footprint allow the system to be incorporated into production cells where floor space is limited.
- How does internal cable routing benefit the robot?
- Routing the cables internally reduces their exposure to repeated movement and potential external wear, supporting more reliable operation over time.
- What does the 12 kg payload mean for the welding setup?
- The 12 kg wrist payload defines the maximum load the robot can carry at its wrist, including the welding equipment and associated tooling within the specified operating conditions.
