Product description
The W12CNC-6x1500 is suited for cylindrical and conical sheet rolling, pressure vessels and tanks within its capacity, industrial ducts and fabricated shells, structural and general engineering components, and automotive and heavy-fabrication components. For operation, power up the machine and check the hydraulic and control status. Select the required rolling setup and confirm the material limits. Position the plate between the rollers, set the roller positions and pre-bending parameters, then perform pre-bending before progressively rolling the plate to the required radius. Check the formed radius and alignment after the first pass. Complete the rolling cycle, remove the finished component safely, clean the rollers and work area, and shut down according to procedure.
