Product description
The GH-1732NT is a CNC press brake from GHBM's NT Series. It has a working force of 170 tons and a maximum bending length of 3200 mm. Its seven NC axes are Y1, Y2, X, R, V, Z1 and Z2, which control ram movement, backgauge positioning and the worktable.
The machine has a 460 mm daylight opening, a 200 mm ram stroke and a 400 mm throat depth. It is controlled by a GHBM-940T CNC controller with a 21.5-inch Techmation display. Its configuration includes a 15 kW Techmation main servo motor, a DPT hydraulic system, an OPKON closed-loop position sensor, SKF/NOK cylinder seals and a GHBM double-side quick-release clamp.
Features
170-Ton Working Force
Maximum working force of 170 tons for heavier-duty bending.
3200 mm Bending Length
3.2-metre maximum bending length, with 2750 mm between columns.
400 mm Throat Depth
Deeper throat for bending wider flanges and larger panels.
Seven-Axis CNC Configuration
Y1, Y2, X, R, V, Z1 and Z2 axes for multi-axis control.
GHBM-940T CNC Controller
Paired with a 21.5-inch Techmation display screen.

Maintenance & care
General recommendations for servo-hydraulic CNC press brakes. Follow the manufacturer's manual for model-specific requirements.
- Daily cleaning: Remove metal debris and dust from the worktable, tooling, clamps and backgauge area.
- Hydraulic oil checks: Check oil level and condition regularly. Replace oil and filters at the manufacturer's recommended intervals.
- Leak and seal inspection: Inspect the cylinders, hoses and fittings for leaks, and replace worn seals promptly.
- Tooling inspection: Check punches, dies and quick-release clamps for wear, damage or incorrect seating. This matters especially at high tonnage.
- Lubrication: Lubricate backgauge guides, screws and other moving parts as specified by the manufacturer.
- Axis and backgauge checks: Watch for abnormal noise, vibration, positioning drift or unexpected movement.
- Electrical inspection: Check cables, connectors, switches and the control panel. Only qualified personnel should do electrical work.
- Safety checks: Before production, verify that the foot switch, emergency stops and safety devices work correctly.
- Periodic servicing: Schedule manufacturer-recommended inspections and keep a log of maintenance and faults.
