Product description
The GH-6020FES 7-Axis CNC Press Brake is a CNC-controlled sheet metal bending machine with a rated bending force of 60 tons and a working length of 2000 mm. It features a seven-axis configuration — Y1, Y2, R, X, D, Z1 and Z2 — designed to support controlled ram movement and flexible backgauge positioning.
The machine specifications include a maximum daylight opening of 470 mm, a 220 mm ram stroke, and a 21.5-inch Techmation display paired with a GHBM-940T CNC controller. Its configuration includes Techmation servo motors and drives, HIWIN linear guide rails, NSK bearings, and an Amada-equivalent double-side quick-release clamp model.

Maintenance & care
General care recommendations for CNC press brakes. Follow the manufacturer's manual for model-specific requirements.
- Daily cleaning: Remove metal debris and dust from the worktable, tooling and surrounding machine area.
- Tooling inspection: Check punches, dies and clamping components for wear, damage or incorrect seating.
- Lubrication: Inspect and maintain lubrication points according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Electrical inspection: Check cables, connectors, switches and control-panel condition; maintenance work should be performed by qualified personnel.
- Axis and backgauge checks: Watch for abnormal noise, vibration, inconsistent positioning or unexpected movement.
- Safety checks: Verify that the machine's safety devices and operating controls function correctly before production.
- Periodic servicing: Arrange manufacturer-recommended inspections and keep a record of maintenance and any faults.
