Product description
The GH-8025FES 8-Axis CNC Press Brake is a CNC-controlled sheet metal bending machine with a rated bending force of 80 tons and a working length of 2500 mm. It features an eight-axis configuration — Y1, Y2, R, X, D, Z1, Z2 and V — designed for controlled ram movement and flexible backgauge positioning.
The machine specifications include a maximum daylight opening of 470 mm, a ram stroke of 200 mm, and a 21.5-inch Techmation display paired with a GHBM-940T CNC controller. Its configuration includes Techmation servo motors and drives, HIWIN linear guide rails, NSK bearings, and a double-side quick-release clamp described as an Amada-equivalent model.

Maintenance & care
General CNC press brake care recommendations. Follow the manufacturer's operating and maintenance manual.
- Daily cleaning: Remove metal debris and dust from the worktable, tooling and surrounding machine area.
- Tooling inspection: Check punches, dies and clamping components for wear, damage and correct seating.
- Lubrication: Inspect lubrication points and maintain them according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Electrical inspection: Check cables, connectors, switches and control-panel condition. Electrical maintenance should be performed by qualified personnel.
- Axis and backgauge checks: Monitor abnormal noise, vibration, inconsistent positioning or unexpected movement.
- Safety checks: Verify that safety devices and operating controls function correctly before production.
- Periodic servicing: Arrange manufacturer-recommended inspections and maintain a record of servicing and faults.
