Product description
The PBE Series is an automated panel bending system designed for efficient multi-edge processing. Its intelligent control system supports positive and negative bending for angles, arcs, hemming, and combined bend profiles. The multi-edge bending center reduces tool changes while enabling shorter strokes and faster sheet feeding. Designed to improve operating efficiency, the system can also reduce energy consumption, labor requirements, and mold costs, making it suitable for high-volume panel bending applications.
Features
Multi-Edge Bending
Processes multiple edges efficiently without frequent tool changes.
Positive & Negative Bending
Supports automatic bending in both directions for versatile panel geometries.
Flexible Bend Angles
Available bend angles range from ±0° to ±180°, depending on the model.
Intelligent Control System
Advanced controls support automated bending of different workpiece shapes.
Reduced Tool Changes
The multi-edge bending center minimizes interruptions associated with conventional tooling changes.
Energy-Efficient Operation
Designed to reduce energy consumption and improve operating economy.
