Product description

The QC11K-10X6000 is suited for sheet-metal cutting, electrical panels and enclosures, HVAC and duct components, automotive and auto-component blanks, and general industrial sheet preparation. For operation, power up the machine and check the hydraulic and control systems. Select the material and thickness settings and verify the blade condition. Set the required backgauge position, place and align the sheet against the gauge, and activate the shearing cycle. Monitor the cut and check the first piece for dimensions and edge condition. Continue production within the machine's specified capacity, then remove cut pieces and scrap before shutting down and cleaning the machine.

Maintenance & care

Inspect and clean the upper and lower blades and cutting area regularly. Check blade condition, clearance, and alignment, and inspect the hydraulic oil level for leaks. Check the backgauge mechanism, guide components, servo drive, electrical and control panel, and emergency-stop circuit. Lubricate mechanical points as required and follow the manufacturer's service schedule for blade and hydraulic maintenance.
