Product description

The QC11K-6X3200 is suited for sheet-metal cutting, electrical panels and enclosures, HVAC and duct components, automotive and auto-component blanks, and general industrial sheet preparation. For operation, power up the machine and check the hydraulic and control systems. Select the material and thickness settings and verify the blade condition. Set the required backgauge position, place the sheet against the gauge, and align it correctly. Activate the shearing cycle and monitor the cut. Check the first cut for dimensions and edge condition before continuing production within the machine's specified capacity. Remove cut pieces and scrap, then shut down and clean the machine.
