Product description
The Alpha Laser ALFlak 200 is a mobile Nd:YAG laser welding system designed for precision welding across components with different sizes and geometries. It delivers 200 W average power, 90 J pulse energy and up to 9 kW peak pulse power. Pulsed operation, adjustable pulse duration and single pulse to 100 Hz frequency provide process control. The freely positioned processing head supports manual or joystick-controlled movement across a 340 × 330 × 370 mm range.
Features
Nd:YAG Laser Technology
Uses a 1,064 nm Nd:YAG laser with 200 W average power.
90 J Pulse Energy
Delivers pulse energy up to 90 J for controlled welding applications.
9 kW Peak Pulse Power
Provides peak pulse power of up to 9 kW.
Flexible Pulse Control
Pulse duration can be adjusted from 0.5–20 ms, with frequency from single pulse to 100 Hz.
Three-Axis Positioning
The processing head moves across X, Y and Z axes, with a movement range of 340 × 330 × 370 mm.
Joystick-Controlled Movement
The processing head can be positioned manually or moved by motor using a joystick, at speeds of 0–25 mm/s.
Micro-Welding Option
Supports welding spots from Ø0.2–2.0 mm, with an optional micro-welding function offering 0.05–0.5 mm spots.
Flexible Operation
Laser parameters can be set through the display and membrane keyboard, multifunctional footswitch or WINLaser 5.0 software through an external PC.
